Meet the Crew

Tommy Tompkins
RedCart's Fearless Leader, Founder and Lead Developer

After completing a degree in Quantitative Methods & Computer Science from the University of St. Thomas, Tommy traveled the globe working for numerous big corporate software projects. Tommy's passion for photography led him away from the corporate world and into professional photography in 2006. He resides in Stillwater, MN with his beautiful wife, two kids, and dog, loves flying big RC helicopters, and plays drums in a top 40s hip-hop cover band on the weekends.

Tom Roth
RedCart's Resident Torax and Software Engineer

Tom (aka Torax), lives in Knoxville, TN where he enjoys everything the outdoors have to offer. Rock climbing, bike riding, hiking, and making fun of Tommy's RC helicopter hobby keep Tom busy while he's not clicking away at his keyboard hammering out code. Prior to joining RedCart in early 2007, Tom worked as a GIS Specialist where he led a team of three in creating analytical maps and datasets for the State of Minnesota. Tom's a true nerd who loves to mix logic with creativity.

Ben Doherty
Technical Support Guru

Ben's passion for photography and technology joined forces when he joined the RedCart team in 2009. Continuing the tradition of world class support RedCart is known for, Ben is the go to guy for all of your RedCart related questions. An accomplished saxophonist, movie buff and photography enthusiast, Ben resides in Saint Paul, MN where he performs regularly with local jazz groups and a top 40's hip hop cover band.

Kasi Tompkins
The RedCart Queen

Kasi's organization, multi-tasking, and omniscience skills hold the RedCart team together like glue. She exudes a magical quality that enables her to juggle kids and office tasks like nobody's business. As a former Minnesota Golden Gopher NCAA womens hockey national champion, she enjoys spending time with family and the kiddos, playing sports, and working on her sun tan. Kasi married Tommy in 2009 and has kept him on the rails ever since.
